What does a caffeine headache feel like?

like hell, with the devil dancing in your brain, pitching a fork into it repetitively, then setting it on fire with battery acid.

It probably varies from person to person, but when I've had headaches from too much caffeine, it tends to make my head feel tight, with a dull ache all over, with a bit of a thick, swimming feeling. Maybe throbbing spots here and there. Sometimes looking at things like tv, books, or computer screens, makes it worse.

The withdrawal headaches are exponentially worse though. Those always make me so sick that I throw up and have to lay down. They're kind of like a massive migraine, all over, that just won't stop no matter what.

If you quit caffeine, keep on drinking at least one or two drinks a day until you can ween off. Cold turkey is torture.
