First, your headache is most likely caused by the high BP. The causes could be heart disease or another cindition that causing your high BP. You need to find out if your family has a history of high BP or heart disease. If so, you are at greater risk of these problems.

Basically, you need to see a doctor soon! You need to stop smoking. The smoking makes your lungs work harder, which makes your heart work harder.

The good news is the if you take care of this problem soon enough, you will have a longer life.

Good luck and see your doctor.

Could be nicotine especially if you're drinking caffinated drinks too.. The problem is you are not too young to have a stroke. List things you do (like birth control pills, diet pills, stress, anxiety) and judge for yourself Is it possible you are heading for a problems.
I would think taht the hi blood pressure is causing th e head aches. when i hurt my b/p goes down. it could be opposite w/others i dont know. but it's definitaly worth checking it out.

it could be you need to get a blood pressure med. or go to the health food store %26amp; see what they have in alternative medice. garlic has helped many w/ this.

good luck %26amp; i hope this helps.
High blood pressure can definitely lead to headaches and potentially strokes or bleeding in the brain. Definitely get it checked out. Also, using drugs like cocaine or amphetamines or stimulants like Xenadrine can also do this (not saying you use them, just stating a general fact).
