no, a headache is not caused by a germ or bacteria, so it is not able to spread to others. but if you do have a headache, i suggest trying Excedrin Tension Headache Medicine. That stuff is awesome, and will knock out any headache in about 15 minutes, PLUS its got a little caffeine in it, so it also gives you a little energy boost! I just don't recommend taking that at nite. If you have a headache at nite, just sleep it off!

Sure you can... well not rely but you can catch a baseball to your head and that would count as catching a headache. Just kidding... A headache is a chemical imbalance in the brain. You can not catch one but when you are stressed for example your body releases more sertian types of chemicles and your brain (quote on quote) gives you a headache becouse it is not usto the imbalance all the time.
