You may need to get an MRI done on your brain. You may have multiple sclerosis. If this pain is something that will not go away with regular pain medicine.
Maybe you need glasses.
This is too long to be suffering from a headache.

You may be having blood pressure problems, heart problems, or you could have a blood clot.

Something is radically wrong. Go to the doctors immediately.
Yeah I'd see a doctor, and untill then, drink TONS of water! It really helps (most the time when you get headaches, its from dehydration and water deffinatly helps) and helps completion :)
Eliminate salt altogether, drink lots of water. Message your neck, (or have someone do it for you) and if you touch areas that really hurt? They're knots. Press on each knot, lightly at first till you feel it going down, then, keep going deeper until it's gone.

You also need to get a deep tissue massage. They take away knots and totally relax you. Almost everyone I know who gets a headache, has me find and get rid of knots so's their headache will go away.

You may also need to get your eyes examined. Straining your eyes will cause headaches.

Try Ecedrine migrane. This works better than any perscription headache medicine for me. If it doesnt go away soon, go to the doctor. You may have a cluster migrane head ache. Also try to cut out sugar for a couple of days, that stops my headaches as well.
Headaches can be caused from alot of things, tension, high blood pressure (a headache from high B/P usually only happens in older people), sinus problems, eye problems, tumor on the brain and so on.........Only a doctor can diagnose you. You may have migraine headaches. See your doctor asap.
